This page is limited to Home Assistant Cloud issues. If you have issues with Home Assistant, make sure to read the documentation on the Home Assistant website. If you’re still having issues, try asking for help on the Community Forums or Discord Chat Server.

Please include a description of your install environment and logs when relevant. Logs can be found using the developer tools link in the side-panel and then clicking on “logs” in the UI. You can then copy and paste your log here. Alternatively, you can attach the home-assistant.log file found in the configuration directory.
